The life, dignity, liberty and the Baluch property is not safe in Iran. Assassinations, summary justices, Shiite judges, social stigma, collective punishment, humiliation and hanging people in groups in public, arrogant Persian elites are driving the Baluch in Iran into desperate situation.

The people of the western Baluchistan are ethnically Baluch and religiously Sunni. Iran is a Shiite majority state. The Iranian invaded Baluchistan in 1928 and annexed Baluchistan into Persia. The Iranian government has openly uses their coercive force to subjugate the Baluch Nation.

The population in the Sistan-Baluchistan Province and part of Kerman, Khorasan and bondar Abbas are ethnically Baluch and adherent of Sunni doctrine of Islam. They have been suffering discrimination by Iran's Shitte establishment that govern Baluchistan from Tehran like a colony.

The Baluch language, religion, culture is different from the Persian; the Baluch are discriminated on the bases of their religion as well as their culture. The most Iranian cities lack a worship places for Sunni sect of Islam. The Baluch have remained at the bottom of the Iranian social hierarchy; the Baluch youth feel that there is no hope in sight.

1-       Abdul-Malik Mir Baluchzai ( Hamzi ReKi) he has been kept in jail since 2010 sentenced to death waiting to be hanged .

2-       Navid Shjaie student, the Zahedan central jail sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

3-       Noor Ahmad Hussainzai kept in the intelligence services jail,

4-       Masood Shah Bakhsh  /  Nezar sentenced to death, waiting to be hanged.

5-       Abdul-Khaleq kept in the intelligence services jail.

6-       Khalid Shah Bakhsh 26 years old, accused has family ties with a fighter who is allegedly member of an organisation that opposed the regime.  The accused is not a member.

8-       Gul Mohamad Shah Bakhsh son of Allah Dad kept in the intelligence services jail accused has family ties allegedly with those opposing the regime. The accused is not a member of any organisation.

9-       Aman Allah Shah Bakhsh 36 years old sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

10-    Abdul Khaleq Shahozaie kept in the central jail Zahedan, he is political activist accused of propagating against Islamic republic sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

11-    Bashir Ahmid Hussainzai kept in the Saravan Jail, political activist sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

12-    Noor Ahmad Hassanzaie (Ismailzaie) son of Essa his where about unknown to his family.

13-    Allah Bakhsh Boledaie a political activist sentenced to death,

14-    Bakhsh Boledaie 25 years old jailed in Khash accused of political activity sentenced to death.

15-    Abdul Rahman sangane accused of being the enemy of the Islamic republic and sentenced to death.

16-    Faruq Baranzai is kept in the Zahedan central jail waiting to be sentenced.

17-    Yaqube Jahani a 27 years old student from Seravan sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

18-    Abdul Satar Reki 35 year’s old sentence to death waiting to be hanged.

19-    Aman Allah Reki 38 years old accused has family ties with the people who are opposing the Iranian regime he is kept in the Zahedan central jail could be hanged at any time.

21-    Abdul Rahman Baluch is a 21 years old student from Chahbahar sentenced to death.

22-    Nasar Baluch 40 years old from Chahbahar kept in jail has not been charged yet.

41-    Gul Mohammad Boladie has been kept in jail in Sarbaz A Township in Baluchistan for more than 16 months without charges registered against him.

42-    Sadeq Reki a 28 years old,

43-    Adul Rahman Sahrai is 25 years old has been in the jail for more than two years without charges against him, he does not know what will happen to him.

44-    Parviz Nohtani has been kept in Zabul Jail accused of been a member of Jundullah sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

45-    Shair Ahmad s/o Chakar from Khash kept in a Tehran jail accused of being a member of jundullah.

46-    Yahya Shabehzai has been in the Zahedan central jail. There aren’t charges brought against him. He is a brother of Naserallah Shabehzai who has been hanged early in the public in the Zahedan.

47-    Ismail vafaie has been kept in the Zahedan central jailed charged for visiting a Baluch political prisoner who has been jailed  far away from home in Al-Ahwaz Jail.

48-    Hamza reki was 19 years old at the time of arrest, accused of being a member of jundullah sentenced to death waiting to be hanged.

50-    Abdul Nasar a political activist kept in the intelligence services jail in  Zahedan.

51-    Abdul Baset Baluchzai was an activist in Saravan kept in intelligence services jail in Zahedan.
